Donna Ammons has an early childhood degree
from Auburn University, is a former elementary teacher, and
a mom of three small children. After teaching in the Craven
County School system and becoming a stay at home mom to her
three young children, she found herself needing more and more
help and time alone to do grocery shopping, cleaning, and
errands. Thus, the idea for an Hourly Childcare Center was
born. |

Stephanie Germroth served four years in the
Navy, graduated from Pensacola Junior College, and attended
Florida State University where she pursued a degree in elementary
education. Stephanie taught preschool at First United Methodist
Church in Havelock where she left as the Director after eight
years in 2007. Stephanie is the mother of one teenage daughter.

path she could not pass up! |

Debbie Arje lived most of her life in Havelock,
North Carolina. Debbie attended school in Wilmington, North
Carolina. For the last 14 years, Debbie has been a pre-school
teacher and joins the Hangout team on a part-time basis. |

Roni Schultry majored in Broadcast Journalism
at Marshall University, West Virginia. Originally from New
Jersey, Roni worked in Real Estate and left the field to be
a stay at home mom to her young son. After Roni’s son
started pre-school, she joined the Hangout team. You can always
feel confidant when you leave your child at the Hangout thanks
to loving people like Roni. |
Connie Olsovsky is a native of Havelock,
North Carolina. Connie worked at Roger Bell elementary for
13 years as a Teacher Assistant and Bus Driver. Connie has
worked with kindergarten, first grade, and second grade children.
Connie is a mother of two boys. After leaving the school system
for three years, Connie joined the Hangout team because of
her love for children. |

Allison Donham is a native Havelock, North
Carolina. Allison attends Craven Community College striving
for her degree in Medical Office Administration. Although
Allison is pursuing a degree in the medical field, her love
for working with children is what brought her to the Hangout
Team. Aside from working at the Hangout, Allison also works
at Annunciation Catholic School as a before school attendant. |
